They replaced the word “addition” with “final”, and then don’t allow me to appeal further. And that’s the so called client care team services.

They don’t make any sense, at that point of the game, coins are just worthless. They turned down my appeal, they don’t care any appeals at all, just pretend they are doing something on that. Shameful on them
Community Managerkwtsang927 As long as the team doesn't respond to say they consider the decision final and the case closed, you should still have the opportunity to appeal, if you'd like, and another member of our Terms of Service team will take a look.
EA_mplsnow I just got automated response every time I re-appeal. Is there any real Terms if Service team or just simply a BOT? I played many hours for the game, and hardly earn those coins to buy players, banning me from the market made me can't buy any players I would like to add to my team.

How do you prove that it's reviewed by "human"?
The so called "Human" is ignoring all my request and replying me with the identical template. Ban innocent players is something that a human would not do.
