I received a beta code but when I try to redeem it my PS5 says that the vouchers can’t be redeemed in my region but I live in the uk and I’ve checked the settings and my PlayStation is registered in the uk I’ve tried using the beta code help page and tools but it says my codes invalid for my platform I’ve tried requesting a new one for both PS5 and 4 but says it’s invalid each time

The beta region code is not the same as my account region I sent a message to support but they sent me an email that doesn't solve my problem They didn't even bother to read my message in full! I told them my platform is PS4 but they sent me an email to solve the problem on the PC platform I requested several times and got repeated and wrong answers!
