Bought FC 25 Points by mistake, need transfer/refund to FC 26

Question

I’ve been playing EA FC (formerly FIFA) since FIFA 13. I’ve always been a player who regularly purchases FIFA Points (now FC Points), but this time, by mistake, I had two points packs in my EA App cart — one for FC 25 and one for FC 26.

Without noticing, I ended up buying the FC 25 pack, which I no longer play.I’d like to know if there’s any way to transfer these points to FC 26 instead. I’m a long-time customer who has spent quite a lot on the game, and I believe this kind of issue should be easy to solve.

If transferring isn’t possible, would it be possible to request a refund for this purchase?Thanks in advance for your support.

I see that you tagged this post with Steam. If you bought your points via Steam, I'd recommend reaching out to them about a refund. We're only able to suport purchases made directly via the EA app. Hopefully they can then help you buy your points for the right game.

Apparently, they didn’t even bother to check the tickets. Submitted last week and haven’t gotten a single response. Guess I’ll just take the L — sixty bucks down the drain.
