Can’t play in rivals

Hello, I am contacting you because I am having a problem with FC26. I pre-ordered the beta, and the game requires me to complete several challenges, including “play 5 times in Rivals” in order to access the transfer market (a crucial part of the game), but once Rivals is launched, I can't move. I can sometimes send random passes or tackles, but nothing else. I usually quit or get kicked for being inactive, which penalizes me on top of not being able to play in Rivals. I've tried everything, from Windows settings to EA settings to Steam, and FIFA settings, trying to connect and disconnect other devices, nothing works. However, in other game modes such as Rush or Team Clash, everything works perfectly. I don't know what to do, so I'm asking for your help.
