I got the standard edition FC26 with my PS5 console as a bundle. Put in the redeem code and everything was fine and was able to play. But when I wanted to download the PS4 version to play with a friend, I don't have the "select version" option showing to download the PS4. I have tried the troubleshooting methods, e.g. restore license, delete and re-download, etc.
How do I fix this?
Community ManagerSo when you search for the game on your console and open the three-dots menu, are you able to select the game version and see if any options appear there? When you search for it in the PSN Store, does it show the other version?
Thanks for the reply. I bought the standard edition that came as part of the fc26 ps5 slim bundle around black Friday last year. I'm not getting that option when I play/download the game, it only shows the ps5 version
Community ManagerHey there — can you tell us where you purchased the game, and which version you own? Usually, if you select the game tile in your library, you’ll get an option to choose which version to download/launch (PS5 or PS4).
