Cant get in touch with EA at all!!

I have went through ea help to try and get my pre ordered icon back as I ive put him in an sbc a while back not knowing they'd get an upgrade. Trying to get it back and there is no live chat no more so I went through the email process I got all the information asked for. Sent them the email to get a reply to say that the email is no longer what they use. So now they've took me right back to the start where I tell them what my issue is. What am I ameant to do? This is a joke. Spend so much money on the game and cant even contact them if theres an issue. Scam
