Cant get my rewards from game.

PLayed 3 gaunlet matches, everytime i go out they saay, cant accept your request, and it don't counts towards my obj, please fix it.
Last week i got discoennected every game, can't believe i spend money to play a game that don't work every few days... and i get no compensation..
