URGENT ESCALATION: 60 DAYS UNANSWERED BAN APPEAL (Case #224479940)
Hello EA Community Team, I am posting here as a last resort after 60 days of waiting without any resolution or communication regarding my unjust account suspension. The Case Number is: #224479940 My account was suspended on October 6th, 2025. This suspension resulted from following troubleshooting advice (reinstalling the EA App and anti-cheat component) to fix a massive, sudden frame rate drop (from 165 FPS to 30 FPS) that occurred after a game update. This was a technical issue, not a cheating attempt. I submitted a formal appeal on October 7th, and followed up on October 13th with a full explanation, and again on October 20th requesting an urgent decision. Today, December 6th, marks 60 days with zero response from the official support team. I am publicly requesting that a forum moderator or staff member immediately flag my case (#224479940) for senior review. This lack of communication and denial of online access for two months due to a technical error is extremely frustrating.
