Can't play on PC, and can't login in web app

I buy ea play pro, firstly I am login in UT and open starter packs, then I closed eafc on pc and go to web app to complete sbc, but I cant login in web app and companion(services are unavailable), then I try to back on pc, and I cant do this. Previous 9 years I played on PS, now buy PC.

How can I play eafc26, for which I spent my money? (playing with ethernet cabel)
