Career Mode

Dear EA Sports FC Team,

I would like to share some suggestions to improve Career Mode in EA Sports FC 26.

First, I believe the press conference system could be significantly enhanced. Currently, it feels repetitive and has limited impact on the team. Adding more dynamic questions, varied responses, and deeper consequences on player morale, relationships, and overall club atmosphere would make the experience more realistic and immersive.

Second, improving the AI (Artificial Intelligence) is very important. This includes both match gameplay AI and managerial decisions. Smarter tactics, better substitutions, and more realistic decision-making from AI managers would greatly elevate the challenge and authenticity of Career Mode.

Third, I would like to see a deeper player relationship system. Introducing chemistry, friendships, rivalries, and personality dynamics between players would add a new layer of realism and affect performance on and off the pitch.

Additionally, the transfer system could be improved to feel more realistic and dynamic. Transfers should reflect real-world behavior more closely, including negotiation complexity, player preferences, and club strategies.

I would also suggest improving tactical systems. Giving players more control over tactical instructions, team identity, and in-game adjustments would make Career Mode more strategic and engaging.

Finally, I would like to suggest improvements to national teams, either by enhancing their realism, squad selection, and competitions, or by adding more licensed national teams to expand the international experience within Career Mode.
