Same problem here. Been having such a bad time on the game this year. Was missing my fc25 pre season rewards and talked to EA and then the next day I didn’t get my rivals rewards. My account literally feels broken. On top of that, 3 85x2 all 85s. All my boys are getting all their rewards on time and have good pack luck. Kinda feels like my account is forgotten about for lack of a better term. Just absolutely horrible game experience all around and love the games EA makes but idk if I can keep playing this much longer. Especially if I’m not even getting rewarded.
