Clubs mode player rating system

Hi I don't know where to post my opinion/feedback on the game, but I have been playing this game for over a decade, I play Clubs mode only the past few years. 450 hours per year. I have been playing the Beta for a few days now. 

I think the player rating system needs some changes. Right now I believe it encourages players to call for the ball over and over in the match, even if they are not open or not the best passing option. A player can lose the ball 10 times in a game, but if he scores a goal once out of 10 failed attempts at dribbling around the defense, they will get a high rating in the match. Meanwhile a player on the team who plays unselfish and only calls for the ball when they are open or the one of the best passing options, can get a lower rating than the player who plays selfish even if they play a key role on the team and takeaway the ball over 5 times. Especially if they don't get a goal or assist. 

I think a players rating should be penalized more harshly for losing the ball and calling for the ball when they aren't open or aren't one of the best passing options. If you lose the ball close to 10 times you should not get a high rating, even if you score a goal. The rating system should encourage team play and less mistakes. The drop-in matches would be more enjoyable if everyone is focused on being a team player to obtain a higher rating. Players will not call for the ball so much if their rating is affected.

If there is a teammate who constantly calls for the ball, it ruins the match every time. Players end up leaving the match and the person constantly calling for the ball/losing the ball ends up with a high rating if one gets in. 

Just wondering if it is possible to make those changes to the player rating system? Hopefully that is something easy to change, rewarding unselfish players/team players. They deserve higher rating than ball hogs who constantly lose the ball.
