Companion app evolution/content

Question

Yesterday i wanted to start an evolution called Intro to evolutions 2 , this is a training camp evolution that explicitly mentions that it is only available on companion app, when i try to login now to start the evolution it isn’t showing up for me in the training camp evolution (i also haven’t started it), where can i look/ how can i get help?
as i tried to get help from the contact us button countless of times but it keeps redirecting me to the beta chatbot that keeps repeating the same questions while getting the same answers and linking an article that doesn’t help.

Could you share a screenshot of what you see in the training camp on the web/companion app? I'm not seeing a lot of reports about this, so it's odd that it's not there for you.

Hi, this is what my training camp section looks like (same for companion app), yesterday i saw that i had the ''Intro to Training Camp EVOs II'' available and now it doesn't pop up anymore

Hmm, I see. You don't see them under My Evolutions either, do you? Maybe you submitted a player without realising?

I don't see them under my evolutions and i know 100% i haven't submitted a player without realising, are you able to confirm if i did ?
