"Connecting to Ultimate team is not possible at the moment"

I've just put a team together for objectives, did a couple of tactics, and when I pressed "B" to save and go back to my team, I get the above message, and get put back to squad screen without saving my tactics.

Nothing more to add, just another post to scroll past.
