Hey FreakAzoidCleoid Make sure to use the controller throughout the entire boot and loading process. Don’t switch from the keyboard to the controller. You can also check out a few additional troubleshooting steps in our guide: Controller Issues: Complete Player Guide

This doesn't help but I do know one thing that might, sometimes your game won't be using your graphics card and I don't know what the cause for it is but check your GPU usage when you're on the game and see what it is. Then, force it to use your main graphics card instead of whatever it's doing.

This also seems to be an issue with PS5 and PS4 controllers, I don't know why.
