Controller stops working on Amazon Luna – EA FC 26 unplayable and no refund
Hi,
I bought EA Sports FC 26 about a week ago directly from the official EA website using my EA account. I paid €70, and unfortunately, I haven’t been able to properly play the game even once.
I’m playing through Amazon Luna, and every time I try to play — especially online — the controller stops working as soon as the match starts. I can still pause or exit the game, but I can’t move or play at all. It makes the game completely unplayable.
What makes this worse is that I tried to request a refund through EA Support, but they refused because they said I had already “played” the game and didn't even propose any solution. But how could I possibly know that the game wouldn’t work properly on Luna without actually trying to play it first?
This is very disappointing. I paid full price for a game that doesn’t even function as expected on one of the officially supported platforms. I really hope someone from the EA team or moderation can look into this — either to help me with a refund or to find a real fix for the issue.
