Controller undetected in rivals + lagged gameplay otherwise even after update

I am done with this game, even after the update i cannot use my controller in Rivals but it works in Kick off and Squad battles. Even there the gameplay works at 0.5x. I have better specs than the reccomended specs which are rtx 3060 and 12GB RAM. I cannot even refund the game because i have spent over 2 hours trying to fix this glitch. I hope i get a reply to this from EA and this is fixed ASAP otherwise i am never buying an EA product again. Also,  it is not issue with my setup because i play Call of Duty warzone which is 220 GB's and requires a much more powerful engine. PLEASE FIX THIS EA!!! £50+ for playing career mode?
