Data never saves

Everytime I play the game whether I start a player or manager career, I get an error when I reload the game saying “Your fc26 settings file is corrupt and was deleted”. My setting are always deleted and my career mode data with it. My season progress always stays the same but my career progress is gone. I don’t know why this keeps happening.
