EA - you’re penalizing me for your inability to properly configure & host a server. I’ll play a game, it ends and then I get message that the EA servers were unable to process my request. I have hardline fiber, the issue isn’t in my end. It’s your incompetence, but I’m paying the price. I know I can’t be the only one.
Same for me. Game just reboots when Im loading into a game
Reasoning aside, threatening people with a code of conduct breach for wanting autonomy over when they do or don't play a game is really dumb. You should be allowed to quit a game if you're not having fun.
I agree, forcing people to complete games they are not having fun in is a bizarre choice, especially as they try to justify it with "you're ruining other peoples fun"
I was trying to play rush yesterday, and I had 3 "teammates" who refused to pass the ball, and kept running blindly into the opposition or trying to do tricks like it was FIFA street.
I had no chance of winning, it wasn't fun, yet it's my fault for quitting because "i'm ruining their fun" doing so.
Not a single EA cheerleader or representative has been able to justify it outside of regurgitating the corporate line of "well you should care about others having more fun that you"
Happens to me as well. So frustrating.
I was playing RUSH today
Two of my "teammates" were rubber banding it so they ran off the pitch but didn't class as AFK.
The other just kept running at the opponents, trying to do step overs and losing the ball, each and every time.
So I'm left with finishing a game it is IMPOSSIBLE to win or disconnecting.
I would literally be penalised for not wanting to waste my time on a game I cannot win or is remotely FUN.
That shows the downright idiocy of EA's system
Every 16 mins past the hour, like clockwork, every single hour since earlier on today, really frustrating and annoying. I've got a red circle with the number 1 inside the circle, so I'm guessing I'm on my last warning. I'm worried to play a match now. There has to be a problem with the servers surely. Like everyone else is saying, can't penalise players for something that is outside their control
It's all part of the plan. Throttle your coins and force you to play more, get frustrated, and spend money on packs.
This is why I stopped buying packs in the store. What's the point of having boosted players when I can't even play the game?
