EA FC 26 Ultimate Edition Pre-Order Items Missing

Hello Anyone Who Can Help,

I am writing because I pre-ordered EA FC 26 Ultimate edition through the PlayStation store (via the link from the in-game ad in EA FC 25) prior to August 26, 2025. The EA FC 26 item appeared instantly in my "Your Collection" section of the PlayStation games library.

Since then, I have not received the part of the pre-order items that correspond with EA FC 25 (evolutions, Icon picks, etc.). I crated a case though the EA Help site (Case #221228004) approximately 24 hours after my purchase, on August 26, 2025. Now, over a week later, I have received no helpful communication regarding this case. 

I am posting here out of a feeling there is no other place to request help for this matter. Has anyone else experienced this issue, and more helpfully, has anyone found a fix for it?
