EA lied about getting an ICON in the Ultimate version

As the title sais it i still didn't receive my icon yet ^^ as we got a beginner ICON this wasn't like advertised, as it just was written an icon so we should have gotten a full icon. Now they lie again as this beginner ICON didn't evolve into the champion version even if it is November since 3 days :/ this was supposed to be the case with your vague wording. 

I'm not sure about the laws with false advertising, but to my understanding this could be fitting as i paid for the ultimate version in the understanding of having a chance to get ronaldinho and zidane :/ and after paying the money the value got changed by a lot as these beginner icons (unless you are the 1 in 2million who got ronaldo) are way worse and then don't even get better at the mentioned moment.
