Ea showcase companion app

In uae, the fc showcase lets you play ultimate team for free, in these past couple of days the companion app has not been working while all my other friends app has been working fine. What’s the issue because it’s been like this for 3 weeks

Hey 8ywwtuc1155f have you gained access to the transfer market on the app by completing the in-game onjectives?

It may be that you still need to unlock access by following the steps here

Are you able to access to it on your console/PC?
