Ea took all my coins

On Friday afternoon I bought fut birthday icon batistuta for  4.7 million coins and played one game with him before deciding to sell him for the same price and next day I get an email saying I violated terms for coin transferring when the reason i had that many coins in the first place was because I bought tradable packs using fifa points. I have provided credit card statements saying how much I’ve spent and even looked up on sites saying how much batistuta was worth before he began to drop heavy. I have played the game for over a decade and have never gone to any other third party site to purchase or sell coins. I don’t understand how it’s my fault that batistuta began to drop in coins and now I’m punished for doing something that I never did.
