EAFC26 preorder got cancelled, is there a way to still get preorder bonuses?

Hello,

Microsoft told me twice to change the payment method so I tried but probably it still didnt work so they cancelled my Ultimate Edition Preorder. I placed the before 26th August so I was supposed to get an Icon as bonus for EAFC26.

Is there any way to still get this Icon as bonus? Or I have to order new Ultimate Edition again and I will not get this Icon bonus?
