FC 26 pre-orderd but the money hasnt gone out of my account

I've pre-ordered FC 26 but the money hasnt gone out of my account and i havent been sent an email, the game appears in my xbox library, i'm just a little confused. I had the same thing happen a coupl...

I mean, the game isn't out yet? So no one has the game. It still appears in the xbox library because I pre-ordered so if it's not there then something has gone wrong? If you have proof that the money that came out is connected with FC 26 then maybe ask EA? I'm only answering the quetion that was originally asked, not quite sure how you expect me to explain something I have no experience on 'XD'
