I open FC 26 WEB APP yesterday but there are no points and no reword added like icons in my web app which is promised for at the time of order ultimate eidition 26th august
also HUB is locked ?
i am making sure it would be added latest by tomorrow once i start playing in my PC?

I have the same problem, i tried to open a ticket in ea but it says i need to wait 24 hours. Waiting for the solution. I bought the ultimate version in ps store in preorder.
The pre-order icons will be released tomorrow. It's normal that you don't have any FC points yet. These will be released gradually over a period of two months.
The FC Hub is also closed for me.
you getting the icon pack when the ultimate edition early acces is beginning , points are also only given after that window
