Fc points not show up on my account

Hi there a contact the platform I got points form and they said they where add to the account but they weren't I all so contact ea live chat and that said It was Sony problem and then folk for discord told me they where have same issues this was first time it happen to me and ea live chat said there looking into it 

But from where did you purchase them keithygyf28​?

I bought a gift card from local retailers in uk I then put money into my PlayStation wallet I then spent 80 pound on 12k fc points they didn't show up so after that I then spent more money they did show on my account I told ea live chat and show them all recipes and my transactions history from PlayStation and from retailers where I got the points from and they said I had to keep eye on twitter for update why they investigated it at time it was on Friday 16th when toty first came out so severs where under alot stress with folk open packs and buy points and I went to ea discord and someone told me they had same problem that they had to contact pay pal for a refund when I contacted PlayStation PlayStation just said points where added but they weren't 

On firday when I first contact ea live chat I was told had go through PlayStation so I had wait aother 48 hours because Sony UK don't work weekends and Sony said they was nothing they could do about it they where added to my account but nothing show up still this been sice 7pm on firday 16th I also told ea live chat I like my points refund to me before toty end so I could open attacker packs at the time 

Sorry argos was local retailer where I bought gift card from I still have proof of all receipts 

Yeah thank you I'll keep you posted on what happen next as of now your only from ea am in contact with I haven't had any email or in game message or my points show up yet I even gave ea live my psn details aswell so they could investigate it so hope I here reply soon before toty is out packs 

Best thing I can suggest keithygyf28​ is to open a new case with our live support team here

Explain the situation and that you have supplied all proof of purchase and ask them if there are issues with it.

Hi there darko just been on live chat again to ea there now fix the problem and know about the issue so they are working on fix and trying decided what compensation to give to affect players I just lost the head with them I wasn't happy with response I was getting from some of the folk but after I lost my head I got the awnser I was looking for so I have wait to see what they dev team decide to do I hope I can get chance for toty attackers for dembele or mbappe bonmati players I love so I hope I can get they players and they can keep the points but I probably just be refund my points when they leave packs 

If our team advised to wait for an update then this would be the best thing to do.
