Just a simple question when will we receive the 6000 FC points for ultimate edition just wondering as I am yet to receive them

I haven't got any of my rewards I reordered then game for the icon got my one in fc25 but now as I had to repay as the mo ey didnt come out seems i have lost all the rewards for the ultimate edition no points not premium season pass or anything so please tell me what has happened as this isn't fair as I spent 90 on the pre order ultimate edition and got nothing whwn I logged in you can reply to others but seems bot me qhwn this is important
