Fc26!!

Pre ordered ultimate edition on 25/07/2025 ive also got EA play ive installed fc 26 gone onto trial but its telling me to upgrade and basically purchased again. Even when I click to purchase again to upgrade it says this product cannot be purchased... probably becuase I already have purchased it. So how do I play this 10 hour trial on actually ultimate team??
