FC Points Pre-order ultimate edition

And no j e from ea is getting back to me if this persists i may take it futher as its wrong 

Yes i did i prd ordered on my credit card the 16th last month then as I had notifications saying no mo ey had come out i paid on my bank card this month on the 16th and then I get a notification saying my order was cancelled but i paid it before that was sent out this is wrong i expect my rewards of ea

I haven't got any of my rewards I reordered then game for the icon got my one in fc25 but now as I had to repay as the mo ey didnt come out seems i have lost all the rewards for the ultimate edition no points not premium season pass or anything so please tell me what has happened as this isn't fair as I spent 90 on the pre order ultimate edition and got nothing whwn I logged in you can reply to others but seems bot me qhwn this is important 

Hi pulsar i have a problem. In pc i cant buy packs with fc points and in web app y have this error. In the game just i cant buy, it doesnt appear the button to do it (press x to buy). Why how can i solved? 

Okay I’m yet to receive them even though I’ve logged in. I imagine there’s probably a slight delay?

Well I'm still missing the 2000 points from logging in the first time. Bought the Ultimate edition through steam.

You will receive your FC Points in three equal increments. The first allocation will be granted when you log in to Ultimate Team for the first time. The second will be added at the end of the following month, and the third and final allocation will be granted at the end of the month after that.

Not in 1 go. its 2000 points over 2 months
