I done the same thing and EA helpful as ever, i bought FC 25 points and already used the transfer option... then bought 18500 fc 25 points and saying i can't use it again.

It’s daylight robbery as they no longer do decent support for ea25 so it’s basically worthless, FRAUD I would say
