Fc26 ban overturned but still in place

Hi there, I incorrectly received a permanent ban of EAFC I have appealed and since received a email from Ea saying they have re investigated my account and the ban was placed by mistake and that I could carry on playing the game. I have tried accessing the game but still unable to get onto football ultimate team. Can anyone help please ?

Hey borrismufc,

Gotcha, try fully rebooting the PS5 by shutting it down and unplugging it for a few minutes. Then plug it back in and check again.

If it sticks around after that, it might need our support team to check out your EA account.

It's been a while since we last heard from you. I'm hoping that if rebooting didn't solve it, you were able to connect with our support team and have them check out your EA account.
