fc26 freez in middle of the game pc without any error

Hello EA Support,

I’m experiencing a serious issue with EA SPORTS FC 26 on PC.

During matches, the game randomly freezes. The players and the pitch freeze completely, but the crowd audio continues for a few seconds. Eventually, the entire game becomes unresponsive, and I have to force close it through Task Manager.

This happens in every game mode (both online and offline), making the game unplayable.

My PC specifications:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3060 Ti
RAM: 16 GB
OS: Windows 11 (latest updates installed)

Here are the troubleshooting steps I’ve already tried:

Reinstalled Windows 11 from scratch.
Reinstalled EA SPORTS FC 26.
Used DDU to completely remove NVIDIA drivers and installed multiple different driver versions.
Updated BIOS to the latest version.
Updated AMD chipset drivers.
Verified the game files.
Disabled all overlays (EA App, Discord, GeForce Experience, Xbox Game Bar, etc.).
Disabled Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling (HAGS).
Disabled MPO (Multiplane Overlay).
Reset NVIDIA Control Panel settings.
Closed all background applications.
Performed a Clean Boot.
Monitored temperatures and hardware usage (everything is normal).
The issue only happens with EA SPORTS FC 26. Other games run perfectly without crashes or freezing.

Could you please help me identify the cause of this issue or provide any additional troubleshooting steps? If necessary, I can also provide crash logs, DxDiag, or any other diagnostic files.
