I live in the surrounding areas of Sacramento, and my ping is okay, I get around 30ms but I’m not running an ethernet directly from my router, I use an extender. My friend that lives in the same city as me has fiber and uses ethernet connection using an extender and he plays on around 15-20ms. I would suggest getting fiber or running a direct connection from router to pc via ethernet.
