Fix your game it just released

There should be no reason on the release day of the game there’s this many issues loading content and accessing menus and tabs. In FUT I can’t open packs, I can’t play matches, I haven’t received my pre order icon pack, I get an error message saying “connecting to Ultimate team is not possible at the moment”. It’s been like that all day. I spent $116 on this game just for it not to work. A compensation is necessary because this is absolutely ridiculous.
