Game stuttering after the first half cutscenes

Question

Went from normal to 10 FPS (extremely heavy FPS drop) after the first half cutscenes, can't even play the second half on Division Rivals, went from 3 goals lead to a loss by 5 goals because of this.
PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM ASAP OR ELSE WE CAN'T EVEN PLAY THIS GAME
