Got the message but still can’t reach market on web app

1 weeks ago I recieved a message on web app said I have got the access to the market on web app but still can’t reach. The support said there was a bug on “road to pro” that can’t finish. 4 days ago the bug was solved but until now I still can’t access to the market on web app. Is there a logical bug makes the problem? Cause the message about getting access to the market on web app was showed one week ago.

“We’ll send a message to your Ultimate Team™ account in-game to let you know when you unlock access. You can also check the Web and Companion Apps.” This is the message I got one week &nbsp;ago but at that time due to “ road to pro” objectives not finished bug. I haven’t got the access
