This is my first time playing on PC, and it's already the fourth time I've run into a hacker in online drafts. I'm pretty mad because I haven't gotten any refunds or draft tokens for any of these losses. Honestly, if you guys can't make the anti-cheat work, you should at least pay us back for the matches we lose. The picture I attached shows everything: the hacker is controlling all my players on the right side, and you can see they don't even have a name or online ID at the top. The online support is useless. I keep getting the same 'a team will look into it' answer, and I'm tired of it. I don't care about the hacker getting banned; all I care about is getting a refund for my lost drafts.
