How do you change the EA regional server?

I have been trying for almost half an hour to play a game of Champions.

Everyone I am connecting with starts the first seconds with a decent ping and afterwards it goes down to 228 ms or more. On my server there are a lot of players from a certain large country in the East (cannot name it because EA bans you for this). They have terrible internet connections and the vast majority are using tools for cheating.

I just want to change regional server to another one with less cheaters and with better connections.

Or EA should set up a specific server for all these cheaters in the country concerned so that they can cheat among themselves.

This makes it impossible to play, Rivals is the same.
