I cannot access to old email

Hello,

I have returned to EA after 5 years and when starting the game on xbox, i was prompted to change password as it was too old to proceed. I do know the google email and the password. However i was not able to complete the phone verification step as i dont have that number anymore. Google says it does not have enough info to let me unblock email. I have another account (the one i am using to write this), how can i change it? I am completely stuck please help
