I completed path to pro UT objectives all of them but missing final 2 rewards

Completed all path to pro objectives but not received the last 2 rewards the complete Divining In reward missing and the group reward Item Pick 1 of 3 max 86 totw player not received these 2 rewards ...

I have the same issue on PC. Shows Diving in and Venturing out is not completed even though they are. So frustrating.
