I got banned for no reason

Hi there,
I’m really hoping someone can help me understand my situation.
My EA account (EA ID: khalid724) was banned on EA SPORTS FC 26, but I truly believe this was a mistake. I’ve never cheated, used third-party software, or broken any rules.

I’ve already submitted an appeal through EA Help, but I haven’t had any luck so far. My case number is #225744398.

I completely respect the rules and the need to protect fair play — I just want to ask if there’s any way this could be reviewed again.

Thank you so much for reading this. I really appreciate any guidance or direction on how I can reach the right team.

    But yet Fc pros and top bloggers who advertise 3rd party coin buying sites and offer you a code for discount are not getting banned but still playing. And when you mention this all community manages go quiet.

    Yup I just have returned home to a ban....I always used to think people like me must just be people who have probably cheated in some shape or form....

     

    But I genuinely first off wouldn't know how to cheat on a software or hardware level ...and I haven't done any farming stuff at all.....I don't even play scummy like some people ....I lose more than I win and my team is average at best.....I don't even use players considered broken or play keep ball

     

    From what I've seen online it looks like my account will be gone for good which makes me angry when I first off have paid to play the game and secondly know I haven't cheated in any shape or form.....and there's probably loads of people out there cheating ....aka the teams I see who have all the elite players
