I was unfairly banned from transfers.

Hello. I learned with surprise that I was a transfer banned today. Every weekend, I play and sell 2 or 3 saleable players in my squad. These players are usually the same because they are suitable for my squad. I was banned unfairly because I bought and sold the player named Cordoba. I open the package almost regularly every week. I play the game for hours every day. I have never exchanged any coins, I didn't even deign. You can already play for months and examine all the movements I have made. You can even look at my transfer profits. Do you think I would do it for 20-30k if I did something like this? I request that my ban be lifted.

Hello again. I sent a ticket, but still no answer has been given. I have 1500 hours of effort for the game since the game came out. I have never entered coin exchange or 3rd party sites in any way. We players can't do anything in the price fluctuations in the market. If the player I bought for 300k appears 500k in the market, everyone wants to sell it. I gave 1500 hours to this game and participated in all events. If I trade coins, no one would risk such a low amount of shopping. I never accept it, I stand behind my labor. I request a detailed review of my account. There has never been a purchase.

I think one (of many) issues EA has with detection is that they use a rolling 72 hour value of the card to determine if it's been sold at what they deem "too high a price". The issue is, with the PC market having extreme swings and rarity of cards, those price ranges can be wider than the detection limits. If players have to use external tools like futbin etc to find out what a "fair" price is, it's already a failure on EAs end.

Clearly there's an issue with their automated detection, winter wild cards (which seem to have extremely wide price ranges which they could easily fixed if that wasn't ALSO fully automated), and getting in touch with anyone intelligent enough to understand the issue.

    Extremely poor customer service.

similar issue here. It seems related to EA's archaic transfer market detection and how coin sellers are using specifically winter wildcards for their transfers. Many legit traders are getting banned simply for buying or selling those cards. I hope EA can roll back the mass bans like they did for playstation users on dec 24th. It's about to be team of the year and they're costing themselves a lot of money.
