In the Knockout Royalty Guaranteed Pack…

In the Knockout Royalty Guaranteed Pack, everything I got was just gold and TOTW. Is that even possible?

When I checked the odds afterward, it says 98% guaranteed, so maybe it can happen—but still, not getting one from a guaranteed pack feels kind of wrong…
