Incisive pass + issue on pro clubs

Been using Incisive Pass+ on pro clubs and I have an issue. In kickoff, using regular players, I can put power on through passes and they work fine. But when I use my Pro in Pro Clubs, the through passes with incisive pass + feel weak even when I load power. My passing stats are high and I’m using the Magician archetype, so it shouldn’t be a stat issue. Is this mainly a timing/body position thing, or is Incisive Pass+ just nerfed on Pros in Pro Clubs?
