Legit question about the EA servers

I could notice that when it comes up to ping/delayed input issues, players from South and Central Europe(countries like France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands) don't complain about that at all. Personally, i can't wonder about one thing - if it's not intended to increase the worldwide server numbers/their range, then why even bother to make eligible for purchasing the game for people outside of the countries mentioned above? Just make the game exclusively for those countries and it's gonna be a win-win situation. Players won't give and bad ratings due to connectivity issues and EA will make the profit they are craving for, no matter the circumstances 😉
