Not everyone plays online. Ea explained that if you live far away from a server you can experience delay. At least they are transparent with explaining how the internet and connections work. If you still choose to buy the game then it’s up to you. It wouldn’t make sense to not sell it to countries that have connection issues.
RadioShaqs which is exactly why they should do more to support single player modes in ultimate team, as these aren't affected much by that issue. What a way to make the game more inclusive and accessible, giving all fans of the beautiful game their money's worth.
