I’ve even said it would be nice to have everyone have server coverage like the uk and Europe. I live in the usa and are servers are even farther away. It’s just it’s not always possible to have a server in every city like the uk has. Yea uk and Europe have the best server coverage so they have no delay.
Even then like Mexico City has a server but they connect to Dallas usa. It’s because their isp routes them to a server farther away due to their infrastructure.
Ea has explained this in detail if anyone wants more detail on it.
All of that isn’t a reason to stop selling the game though.
Dude, I just wrote I live in western Europe and I still have a delay. Since a few weeks we learned it's not because of bad connections, but caused by bad developing. Because of animations in the game that are not working well.
From what I understood (but I can be totally wrong of course) it's a simple IF/THEN/ELSE clause that's gone bad. If player wants to pass with his preferred foot, then send pass, else (blanc).... and the game doesn't know what to do anymore. There is no animation for the 'else' clause, so the player needs to take an extra step to be able to execute the pass with his preferred foot.
But even if it is something else, a simple test of the gameplay could have shown this. A 10 year old can see the game is not working properly. For me that's more than enough reason to take it off the market, because this is a huge deontological mistake
