Manager Career Mode

I only play career mode in FC 26, and I am noticing two things, don't know whether these are bugs or something else, but they are weird.

In manager career I play with two strikers in formation, but no matter how good other players plays 99% of the time player of the match always goes to the player playing in the RS position (Irrespective of the player). I have noticed the same thing happening even when I switch to another team sheet and play a match - the RS player wins the player of the match award.

For example my, LS scored 4 goals and 2 assists with 100% shot to goal success rate and my RS scores 2 goals and 2 assists. But at the end the match player of the match goes to my RS. Why? This same kind of scenario happened in multiple matches. I have two different manager career mode saves and this same thing happens in both the saves.

Second thing is that other than Derek Rae and Stewart Robson, no other commentators work in League and UCL matches, but they works while playing matches with International teams in the same career mode save file.

Is there any solution to the above problems?
