Manager Goals and Transfer Logic in Player Career Mode is Completely Broken

Hi EA Developers and Community Managers,

I am writing this post to express my deep frustration with the current state of Player Career Mode. As a player who loves football simulators specifically to experience the journey of being a professional footballer, the rigid and unrealistic algorithms are completely ruining the immersion and joy of the game. Please do not treat this mode as a secondary feature; for many of us, this is the main reason we play.

Here are the critical issues that completely break the realism:

 Absurd Match Objectives & Manager Rating System: I am currently playing as a Central Defensive Midfielder (CDM) for FC Midtjylland. In a single season, I managed 57 goals and 23 assists. Yet, because I failed a specific in-game objective like "score from outside the box," I get dropped to the bench.

 Injury and Calendar Penalties: In a high-stakes match against a top-tier team, I scored a hat-trick and led my team to a massive victory. However, because I got injured during the match and couldn't complete the remaining mid-game objectives, my manager rating dropped, and I was benched. Furthermore, during international breaks or 15-day gaps with no fixtures, my manager rating drops automatically, losing my starting spot to players with zero goal contributions who play every single game.

 Broken Transfer and Contract Logic: Despite contributing to 80+ goals in a single season, the transfer logic is completely unrealistic. During the winter transfer window, it is practically impossible to move. At the end of the season, despite my historic performance, I only receive offers from lower-tier, terrible teams instead of world-class clubs. Additionally, having to renew contracts every single year with no long-term stability makes no sense in modern football.

The Player Career Mode should reward performance, stats, and match impact, not penalize players based on rigid, text-based checkmarks. We need a dynamic manager system that recognizes world-class form and a transfer logic that matches a player's actual market value and statistics.
